Washington High School class of 1965 events planned

The Washington High School class of 1965 will meet for lunch 11 a.m. Monday, June 21, at Ernie’s on Gull.

Also, classes 1964-1966 will have a casual gathering starting at 6:30 p.m. June 26 at the Nisswa Legion.

Nisswa Garden Club meeting set

NISSWA — The Nisswa Garden Club will meet 1 p.m. Thursday, June 24, at the Nisswa Community Center for the program: “Eight Ways to Attract Bees and Butterflies in Your Garden” by Melissa Barrick, Crow Wing Soil and Water Conservation District.

Parkinson’s Disease support group to meet July 1

BAXTER — The Brainerd Lakes Area Parkinson’s Disease Support Group will meet at 1 p.m. July 1 at Lord of Life Church, 6190 Fairview Road, Baxter.

There will be a potluck, book lending and activity. Sandwiches will be provided. Bring a side dish or dessert to share. RSVP to 218-829-4017. Masks are required if you are not vaccinated.
