Nisswa Women’s Club to meet via Zoom
The Nisswa Women’s Club will have a Zoom meeting at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 17.
The club will be gathering participants’ thoughts as the club attempts to move forward in 2020-2021.

Brainerd Eagles Club will serve breakfast 8:30 a.m. to noon Sunday, Sept. 13, at 124 Eagle St., Brainerd, featuring the Eagles special for $8.

Hackensack American Legion Auxiliary No. 202 to serve breakfast
HACKENSACK — Hackensack American Legion Auxiliary Unit No. 202 will serve breakfast 8:30-11:30 a.m. Sept. 20 at the Club.
Menu includes a choice of biscuits and gravy with eggs or French toast with eggs and bacon. Both include juice and coffee for $7.
The proceeds go to support youth scholarships. Masks are required and social distancing observed.
Disabled American Veterans Crow Wing County Chapter No. 22 to meet
The monthly meeting for the Disabled American Veterans Crow Wing County Chapter No. 22 will be 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, at the Brainerd VFW Club.
The face covering and social distancing rules for the COVID-19 pandemic will be observed.
Chapter 22 officers meeting will begin at 6 p.m.
Members of Captain Robert Orr Chapter to ring bells in observance of Constitution Week
On Thursday, Sept. 17, members of Captain Robert Orr, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution Chapter, will be ringing bells at 3 p.m. on the steps of the Crow Wing County Courthouse, 326 Laurel St., Brainerd, to commemorate the signing of the Constitution.

Constitution Week is the commemoration of America's most important document. It is celebrated annually during the week of Sept. 17-23.
According to the news release, the Captain Robert Orr Chapter urges everyone in the area to celebrate Constitution Week by flying the American Flag and to study the Constitution and its history.

All Friends of Bill and Bob are welcome 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at First Lutheran Church, 424 S. Eighth St., Brainerd, for a new 12-step meeting.
