Cross-Country: Warriors sweep at Fergus

FERGUS FALLS — First place finishes were the norm for the Brainerd Warriors as Thomas Ruhl took the individual honors and the boys and girls claimed team titles at the Fergus Falls triangular Thursday, Oct. 8.

Ruhl’s time of 17:43.7 was four-tenths of a second better than teammate Adam Cady who took second place. Ethan Klisch and Ryan Cady rounded out the top five.

For the Brainerd girls, Madelyn Miller’s second-place finish paced the field. Brooke Wenz and Lily Schaeffer grabbed the third and fourth spots for the Warriors,
