I've worked at the Brainerd Dispatch with various duties since Dec. 7, 1983. Starting off as an Ad Designer and currently as Digital Editor. The Dispatch has been an interesting and challenging place to work these 30+ years. I was present and worked alongside Mike Foreman and Terry McCollough on the first web page of the original Dispatch website when it went live on April 26, 1994. I now manage both BrainerdDispatch.com and the Echo Journal website; PineandLakes.com. I consider myself very fortunate to have witnessed and participated in the evolution of this industry - from it's analog beginnings - to it's digital future. I'm also blessed to have made many friends, both co-workers and customers along the way.
In my time off I enjoy dry and streamer fly fishing for several varieties of fish, mainly trout and panfish, in Minnesota and NE Wisconsin and find it interesting and satisfying to repair and collect vintage 1920's battery radio sets along with repairing and restoring fishing rods.
