to Adam Joseph Hopps, son of Mark Hopps and Susan Renee of Coon Rapids, MN.
Kelsey is a graduate from St. Cloud State University, and received her Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law.
Adam is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Stout.
