Brainerd Lakes Area Community Foundation also honoring Jim Kirzeder with the Global Humanitarian Award and the late Marilyn Covey with the Legacy Hero Award.
A 5K run/walk will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, at Paul Bunyan Park to support Kellen Knutson, a Bemidji Middle School student who has been diagnosed with acute flaccid myelitis.
Randy Triepke has raised more than $71,000 for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society since 2001, and last year his $11,300 in donations was the third highest in the nation.
