CITY OF BAXTER, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE 2023-004 SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2023-003 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF TITLE 5, CHAPTER 7 OF THE BAXTER CITY CODE This ordinance amends the text of Title 5, Chapter 7. The ordinance amendment adds the following Sections: 5-7-2: Definitions 5-7-3: Permit 5-7-5: Permit Review 5-7-6: Permit Issuance A printed copy of the amended sections is available for inspection by any person at City Hall during the City Clerk’s regular office hours. Whereupon, said Ordinance is hereby declared adopted on this 7th day of February, 2023. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and summary publication in the City’s official newspaper.
