NOTICE OF HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Brainerd has received a petition from Vicky Kinney for the vacation of alleys in Blocks M and E, West Brainerd, according to the plat thereof and legally described below: That part of the alley located within Block E and Block M, WEST BRAINERD, according to the recorded plat thereof, Section 4, Township 133 North, Range 28 West, Crow Wing County Minnesota, which lies southerly of the southerly line of Jackson Street, and which lies northerly of the northerly line of James Street. Notice is further given that the City Council of Brainerd will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at Brainerd, Minnesota, at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2022 to conduct a Public Hearing to consider said Vacation.
