ORDINANCE 2020-003
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 3 TITLE 3-3-2 OF THE BAXTER CITY CODE
THE CITY OF BAXTER ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Amendments. The text of Chapter 3, Title 3, Liquor Control of the Baxter City Code is hereby amended by deleting the stricken material and adding the underlined material as
follows:
3-3-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:
B. Classification
9. Combination On-Sale/Off-Sale Licenses: Combination on-sale/off-sale licenses shall only be issued to restaurants meeting the qualifications of Minnesota statutes section 340A.101, subdivision 25. All sales of alcohol must be sold in conjunction with a sale of food.
3-3-12. PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor; and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of the code, plus the cost of prosecution of any case. (Ord. 10.11, 7-5-1989; amd. 2020 Code)
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
Whereupon, said Ordinance is hereby declared adopted on this 7th day of April, 2020.
