NOTICE OF SEALED BID
AUCTION OF TIMBER ON
FORFEITED LANDS
April 24, 2020, 10:00 a.m.
Notice is given that pursuant to Chapter 282.04, Subdivision 1, Minnesota Statutes for the year 2006, as amended, The County shall sell to the highest bidder the timber on Tax Forfeited Lands WITHOUT the sale of the land via sealed bid. Due to County Offices being closed to the public, bids will be opened and witnessed by County staff, in the Crow Wing County Land Services Building, 322 Laurel Street, City of Brainerd, Minnesota, County of Crow Wing, State of Minnesota, with results posted online or by contacting Land Services Office.
The sale of timber will be governed as to terms by the resolution of the Board of Commissioners authorizing the same, and is to commence at 10:00 a.m. on the 24th day of April, 2020.
