Board recognized following employee who is retiring & thanked him for his service to Crow Wing County: Gary Gutenkauf, County Sheriff's Office - 31 years of service.
Jonathan Ward, Oak Lawn Township, addressed Board regarding dog problem with his neighbor & asked that Board consider reinstating countywide dog ordinance.
Franzen/Koering - to approve minutes of 03/09/21 regular County Board meeting. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Brekken/Franzen - to approve agenda of 03/23/21 regular County Board meeting. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Koering/Brekken - to approve consent agenda. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Brekken/Franzen - to approve petition of Richard James Swenson for Final Plat of Tip Top consisting of 9 residential lots & 2 outlots involving approximately 32 acres; Sec 21, Ideal Township. Motion Passed [Unanimous]

Veterans Service Officer gave presentation on National Vietnam War Veterans Day which is observed every year on March 29.
County Attorney commended public health staff with roll-out of COVID vaccinations.
County Administrator reported on behalf of Senior Management Team.

Franzen/Brekken - to recess regular session & convene to closed session for purpose of pending litigation pursuant to MS 13D.05, Subd 3 (b), at 9:52 AM. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
