ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
SUMMARY
CROW WING TOWNSHIP
On April 14th, 2020 Crow Wing Township adopted an Ordinance amendment related to "Family Care Homes and Conditional Uses within C-2 (Commercial district). The ordinance amends Article 10.3 "Land Use Table,", and Article 46.2 "Definitions". The amendments add a definition for "Family Care Home" eliminate definitions and references to "Group Care Facility" and add "Shooting range, firearms, archery, public or private" as a conditional use in the C-2 (Commercial district)
This notice is a summary of the ordinance amendments that were adopted by the Township. A full copy of the entire amendments and City Code are available at Township Hall or by emailing the Township Clerk at crowwingtownship@gmail.com . This amendment goes into effect upon publication.
