Commissioner Brekken offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CROW WING COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REVISIONS
VARIOUS ARTICLES WITHIN THE LAND USE ORDINACE
WHEREAS, in accordance with Minnesota Statute 375.51 and 394.26, a Public Hearing was held at the March 30, 2021 Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment meeting to consider amendments to the Crow Wing County Land Use Ordinance (No. 1101) for various articles within the Land Use Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Commissioners of Crow Wing County, Minnesota, adopts the attached revisions to the Crow Wing County Land Use Ordinance (1101), effective 30 days after the date of the Board of Commissioners' approval.
Resolution seconded by Commissioner Houge, all aye. Resolution declared adopted.
A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the Office of the County Administrator:
