Separate sealed BIDS for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the complete construction of the TH 210 Street Lighting Improvements, S.P. 1805-83 will be received by the Owner at the Baxter City Hall, Baxter, Minnesota, until the hour of 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Hall.
The proposed work includes, but is not limited to the following major quantities:

12 EACH of Foundation Design E Modified
2 EACH of Service Cabinet - Type B
2 EACH of Service Equipment
4 EACH of Handhole
2,140 LF of 2" Non-Metallic Conduit
435 LF of 3" Non-Metallic Conduit (Directional Drill)
13,980 LF of Underground Wire 4 - 10 AWG
20 CY of Common Topsoil Borrow

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5% of the total amount of the bid made payable without condition to the Owner, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute the Agreement in accordance with the Bid and the other Contract Documents.
This contract is subject to State prevailing wages as established by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. Payment of wages, fringe benefits and overtime rates that are most beneficial to employees are required.
