The City of Brainerd Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider amending Section 515-6: B-4, General Business District. The proposed amendment is to allow for mini-storage facilities as a conditional use.
A Public Hearing to consider this zoning code amendment will be conducted by the Brainerd Planning Commission at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2020, through video and phone conferencing. Information regarding how to attend this virtual meeting will be posted to the City's website ( by 4:30pm on Friday, April 10, 2020.
