BIDS CLOSE SEPTEMBER 11, 2020 @ 10:00 A.M.
BRAINERD, MINNESOTA
DOWNTOWN SNOW REMOVAL
Notice is hereby given that bids will be received, opened, and read aloud in the presence of the City Administrator and the City Engineer in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in the City of Brainerd, Minnesota, on Friday, September 11, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. for the 2020 - 2021 Downtown Snow Removal in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the same which are on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City.
Copies of the Plans and Specifications may be obtained at the office of the City Engineer, City Hall, Brainerd, Minnesota.
All bids will be referred to the City Engineer for tabulation and then referred to the City Council for action at a Council meeting to be held on Monday, September 21, 2020.
The City of Brainerd reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest if the City.
All proposals must be sealed and addressed to the City Administrator, Brainerd, Minnesota. Bids will be delivered to the City Administrator prior to the bid opening time. The envelope shall be plainly marked "Bid for Downtown Snow Removal, September 11, 2020, 10:00 A.M, Brainerd, Minnesota".
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
