NOTICE OF INFORMATIONAL
ANNUAL MEETING OF
CROW WING COOPERATIVE POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY
TO ALL CROW WING POWER MEMBERS:
This year, to limit the risks posed by COVID-19 to the health and safety of our members, employees and directors, and because of Governor Walz's Executive Orders and Declaration of a Peacetime Emergency, the Annual Meeting will be held in an informational-only format. Members will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person this year. Director elections were completed earlier in June by mail balloting. Online access to the Annual Meeting reports will be available beginning on August 15, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. Cooperative members may access the reports by logging into their SmartHub account. Login is located on the homepage of the Cooperative website https://www.cwpower.com/. For members that receive a paper bill, information will be included in the September mailed bill.
