NOTICE OF SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TO SATISFY LIEN THEREON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the personal property described as follows:
1985 CHAL, Manufactured Home, with blue/gray and white exterior, located at Meadowview Manor Mobile Home Park, 2405 Kay Lane, Brainerd, MN 56401, together with all miscellaneous personal property located therein.
Will be sold at public auction by the Crow Wing County Sheriff on the 15th day of Sep 2020, at 10:00am, at 2405 Kay Lane, in the City of Brainerd, County of Crow Wing, State of Minnesota, to pay and satisfy a lien which is claimed to be due from Deb Hoeschen as the owner thereof: Meadowview Manor LP in the sum of Five Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars and 00/100 Cents ($5,350.00) computed to the day of sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale and of the advertising thereof, together with the necessary expenses of advertising and making said sale; and the ground of said lien are storage of and care of tenants personal property remaining on landlords premises following abandonment by tenant.
