THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorneys an answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above named Court, within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
You are further advised that this is an action to determine adverse claims to the following described real estate, situated in the County of Crow Wing, State of Minnesota, to-wit:
That part of Government Lot 2, Section 19, Township 135, Range 27, Crow Wing County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Government Lot 2; thence South 89 degrees 21 minutes 15 seconds West, bearing based on the Crow Wing County Coordinate Database NAD 83, 710.01 feet along the north line of said Government Lot 2 to the west line of the East 710.00 feet of Government Lot 2; thence South 00 degrees 44 minutes 11 seconds East 1,078.11 feet along said west line of the East 710.0 feet of Government Lot 2 to the point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes 49 seconds West 20.60 feet; thence South 19 degrees 50 minutes 11 seconds West 26.03 feet; thence South 08 degrees 51 minutes 19 seconds East 61.27 feet; thence South 00 degrees 24 minutes 14 seconds East 90 feet, more or less, to the shore of Bass Lake; thence southeasterly along said shore to its intersection with said west line of the East 710.00 feet of Government Lot 2; thence North 00 degrees 44 minutes 11 seconds West 187 feet, more or less, along said west line of the East 710.00 feet of Government Lot 2 to the point of beginning.
Subject to other easements, reservations or restrictions of record, if any.
