NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by order of the City Council, the City of Baxter, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Baxter City Hall, Baxter, Minnesota, at 7:00 P.M., or SOON thereafter, on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 to consider vacating an easement on property located on the northeast side of Springwood Drive, described as follows:
1)10' wide Drainage and Utility Easement over the lot line between Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 3, Noahs Addition to Baxter, Crow Wing County, Minnesota according to the recorded plat thereof, on file in the Crow Wing County Recorder's office.
