O R D I N A N C E
NO. 1501
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 812
PERTAINING TO THE ZONING IN THE CITY OF BRAINERD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BRAINERD DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION ONE:That existing Section 515-04-02 of the Brainerd City Code is hereby amended by changing the zoning designation of the property below from an R-A (Rural Agriculture) District to an R-1A (Single-Family Residential) District for the following:

W 888 FT of NE ¼ of NW ¼ & also including: NE ¼ of NW 1/4 , Subject to a HWY Easement of Record. Except the W 822 Ft. Thereof. Subject to a HWY Easement of Record
Section 32, Township 134, Range 028
SECTION TWO:This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force one week from and after its publication.
