REQUEST FOR BIDS
NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed proposals will be received until 7:30 p.m., January 14th, 2020 by Lake Edward Township at the town hall located at 25522 Co Rd 4, Nisswa, Mn, 56468, for road work in Lake Edward Township. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at the Lake Edward Township Hall immediately after the hour set for receiving bids.
The project is as follows:
South Cullen Loop in Lake Edward Township, Crow Wing County, Minnesota.
Type of work: Bituminous Paving, Class 1 Shouldering, Striping.
Length: South Cullen Loop- -4,670 LF by 22.5 Ft. wide
Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained from the Lake Edward Township Clerk. Bids Shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Corporate Surety Bond in favor of Lake Edward Township for at least five percent (5%) o f the amount of the proposal.
The Township shall reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
