Barrows/Houge - to withdraw Tract 085-18 from Tax Forfeit Available Over-the-Counter List; to authorize direct sale of said tax forfeit parcel to adjoining landowner at sale price of $25,100. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Koering/Barrows - to open Public Hearing regarding Petition for Establishment of Cartway in Unorganized Territory Second Assessment District at 9:09 AM. Motion Passed [Unanimous]

Koering/Brekken - to authorize Administrative Services Director to attend Election Center Joint Election Official Liaison Conference on Jan 8-10, 2020, in Washington D.C., with all expenses to be paid from Elections Budget. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Barrows/Koering - to review & adopt Debt Management Policy, Fund Balance Policy, Investment Policy, Long-Term Financial Planning Policy, Revenue Policy, & Enterprise Risk Management Policy, as recommended by Financial Services & Budget Committee. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Barrows/Koering - to authorize entering into Medical Examiner Contract Agreement between Crow Wing County & River Valley Forensic Services, P.A. for services of Dr. Kelly Mills, M.D. as Medical Examiner of Crow Wing County, effective 1/1/20 – 12/31/22. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Houge/Barrows - to authorize entering into Grant Contract between DNR & Sheriff’s Office for reimbursement of costs related to labor & equipment in enforcement of off highway vehicle (OHV) laws, effective 07/01/19 – 06/30/21. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
