Motion Passed [Unanimous] Barrows/Koering - to authorize Johnson Controls to repair Central Plant Chiller # 2 electronic control circuit in amount of approximately $57,357, paid from Facilities Restricted & Committed Fund. County Sheriff informed Board that K9 Roxa & her handler Deputy O’Brien assisted with traffic stop search & recovered approximately $6,500 in cash & over a pound of methamphetamine from inside vehicle. Koering/Franzen - acting as Town Board for Unorganized Territory Second Assessment District, to approve Resolution & Order Establishing Cartway & Award of Damages. Motion Passed [Unanimous] Barrows/Franzen - to approve 2023 Preliminary Levy Resolution. Motion Passed [Unanimous] Barrows reported that October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month & there will be a candlelight vigil on 10/11 at 6:30 PM at Kiwanis Park to honor lives of those lost to domestic violence.
