Rick Wieble addressed Board re: 2022 election machine preparedness. Sonia Slack addressed Board re: data request/election integrity. Mike Howard addressed Board re: road maintenance. Franzen/Koering - to approve minutes of 04/12/22 regular County Board meeting & 04/19/22 special County Board meeting. Motion Passed [Unanimous] Barrows/Koering - to add “Support for Region 5/CWC to Apply for Funding through Sourcewell’s Community Impact Funding Program” under Additional Business & approve agenda of 04/26/22 regular County Board meeting as amended. Motion Passed [Unanimous] Franzen/Koering - to approve consent agenda. Motion Passed [Unanimous] Koering/Franzen - to continue Landfill Reimbursement Program & review it annually. Motion Passed [Unanimous] Barrows/Koering - to approve use of ARPA funds for list of broadband projects in Bay Lake Township & City of Baxter. Motion Passed [Unanimous] Koering/Barrows - to accept resignation of Roger Roy from Natural Resources Advisory Committee, to authorize Certificate of Appreciation & to advertise to fill vacancy expiring 01/31/23. Motion Passed [Unanimous] Chair appointed Franzen & Koering to interview committee for Lands & Forestry Advisory Committee applicants. Franzen/Barrows - acting as Town Board for Unorganized Territory First Assessment District, scheduled Public Hearing to be held 05/24/22 at 9:05 AM regarding vacating that part of Wunder Road as dedicated on Plat of Wunder Acres. Motion Passed [Unanimous] County Administrator reported on behalf of Senior Management Team. Barrows/Brekken - to support Region Five’s current funding request to Sourcewell for community impact funding in amount of $104,898 to recruit, train & establish therapeutic foster homes to provide phase 2 programming & respite for youth & families involved with CIBS/SFT program.
