The Central MN Council on Aging will publish a special Competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) simplified Mini-Grants for requests between $1,500-$5,000, for the Title III-D Preventive Health (Programs must meet AoA's highest tier of evidence) services and Title III-E National Family Caregiver Support Program, for Caregiver Information Services, for the calendar year 2020. This application is for Federal Older Americans' Act Funding provided to the Central Minnesota Council on Aging by the Minnesota Board on Aging.
