NOTICE
ANNUAL MEETING, ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND BOARD OF CANVASS MEETING
CENTER TOWNSHIP
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Center Township, Crow Wing County, that the annual election of town officers, annual town meeting and the board of canvass will take place on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at the Center Town Hall, 24491 Co Rd 19, Merrifield. Election poll hours are from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Officers to be elected are:
1 supervisor 3 year term
1 treasurer 2 year term
The annual meeting will commence at 8:15 pm to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. The board of canvass will meet after the votes are counted to certify election results.
In case of inclement weather, these elections and meetings may be postponed until Tuesday, March 16, 2021.
Absentee ballots may be obtained by contacting the town clerk at 218-765-3397. the Center town hall will be open from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday, march 6, 2021 for absentee voting.
Due to the March 9th annual meeting, the Board of Supervisors will hold the March monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 7:00 pm.
