NOTICE OF PROPOSED
CHANGES TO PELICAN COUNTY FOREST ROAD #18 IN CROW WING COUNTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Crow Wing County Board of Commissioners proposes to record prescriptive easements for county forest roads in Crow Wing County.
Minnesota Statute 282.041, Alternative Recording for County Forest Road, authorizes the Crow Wing County Board of Commissioners to adopt a recorded county forest road map under this section to record the county forest road prescriptive easements. For purposes of this section, "recorded county forest road map" means the official map of county forest roads. The roads to be recorded will be to the width of the actual use including ditches, backslopes, fills and maintained rights-of-way, unless otherwise specified in a prior easement of record.
The Crow Wing County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 9:15 AM on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, in the County Board Room, 3rd Floor, Crow Wing County Historic Courthouse, 326 Laurel St, Brainerd, MN 56401.
