REQUEST FOR BIDS
NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed proposals will be received until 7:00 p.m. on March 19, 2020 by Garrison Township at the town hall for road work in Garrison Township. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at the Garrison Township Hall immediately after the hour set for receiving bids. The project is as follows:
Linden Street in Garrison Township, Crow Wing County, Minnesota.
Type of work: Manhole Adjustment, Grading, Bituminous Paving, Class-1 Shouldering.
Length: Linden St. From Hwy 169 to Glen St. approximately 7365'
Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained from the Garrison Township Clerk. Bids shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Corporate Surety Bond in favor of Garrison Township for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The Township shall reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
