ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR TOWNSHIP SHOP ADDITION/EXTENSION PROJECT AT 35430 STATE HWY 6, EMILY, MN 56447
Notice is hereby given that the sealed bids will be received until 3 p.m. on March 8, 2020. Please send bids to Fairfield Township 33108 Dangers Road, Crosby, MN 56441. Bids will be opened at the township meeting on March 8, 2020 at 4 p.m..
The overall size of the addition is to be 36'x50'x18'.
Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each bid.
A contractor responding to these bidding documents must submit to the Township/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes section 16C.285, subdivision 3.
