O R D I N A N C E
NO. 1497
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 812
PERTAINING TO THE ZONING IN THE CITY OF BRAINERD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BRAINERD DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION ONE:That existing Section 515-04-02 of the Brainerd City Code is hereby amended by changing the zoning designation of the property below from a B-1 (Residential Office) District to an R-2 (Medium Density Residential) District for the following:

E. 100 FT OF LOTS 1 THRU 3 INCLUSIVE BLOCK 52, & ALL OF LOTS 4 & 5 BLOCK 52 TOWN OF BRAINERD & FIRST ADDITION TO BRAINERD
SECTION TWO:This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force one week from and after its publication.
