NOTICE TO CREDITORS
OF AND CLAIMANTS AGAINST
GERITOL FROLICS, INC.
1. The corporation is in the process of a voluntary dissolution pursuant to Section 302A.721, Minnesota Statutes
2. The corporation will file with the Secretary of State a notice of intent to dissolve.
3. All claims by creditors or claimants must be in writing and must be filed with GERITOL FROLICS, INC., PO Box 504, Brainerd, MN 56401
4. The date by which all claims must be received, which shall be no later than September 1, 2019.
5. Published notice is deemed given on the date of first publication.
