The Crow Wing Soil Water Conservation District is soliciting bids for Pine River Fish Passage Project- Phase 2 REBID on behalf of the Owner. The Owner is Crow Wing County. Notice is hereby given that bids will be received, opened, and read aloud in the presence of the Crow Wing Soil Water Conservation District Administrator at the Land Services Building, SWCD Office, Suite 22, at 322 Laurel St, in the City of Brainerd, Minnesota, on TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2019 AT 10:00 AM for the construction of the following described improvement in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the same which are on file at Crow Wing Soil Water Conservation District.
Pine River Fish Passage Project- Phase 2 REBID

A pre-bid meeting shall be held on TUESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2019 AT 10:00 AM at the Land Services Building, SWCD Office, Suite 22, at 322 Laurel St, in the City of Brainerd, Minnesota.
Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly recommended.
All bids shall be sealed and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier’s check, bid bond or certified check of at least five (5) percent of the amount of bid made payable to the Crow Wing Soil Water Conservation District (CWSWCD), which amount will be forfeited to the CWSWCD as liquidated damages if the bidder, upon letting the contract to him, shall fail to enter into the contract let so.

All bids will be referred to the Engineer for tabulation and then referred to the Owner and CWSWCD for action.
The Owner and CWSWCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the Owner and CWSWCD.
All proposals must be sealed and addressed to the CWSWCD Manager, Brainerd, Minnesota. Bids will be delivered to the CWSWCD Administrator prior to the bid opening time.
The envelope shall be plainly marked “Bid for Pine River Fish Passage Project- Phase 2 REBID, TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2019 AT 10:00 AM; Brainerd, Minnesota.”
No bidder may withdraw their Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
