RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the work described below will be received at the Office of the Township Clerk, Sylvan Township, 12956 24th Avenue SW, Pillager, MN 56473 until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately:
1,389 Cu Yd Common Excavation (EV) (P)
840 Cu Yd Aggregate Base, Class 1 (CV)
80 Cu Yd Aggregate Shouldering, Class 1 (CV)
1,360 Ton Bituminous Wear Course
1,720 Lin Ft Concrete Curb & Gutter, DES D418
1.60 Acre Turf Establishment
together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification
COMPLETION OF WORK: Work shall not commence until after September 3, 2019, and any work started in 2019 shall be substantially complete by October 15, 2019. All work under the Contract must be complete by June 15, 2020.
