PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Brainerd Savings & Loan Association, Brainerd, Minnesota (the "Bank"), is closing its business voluntarily. Notice also has been given by the Bank to the Comptroller of the Currency, 425 South Financial Place, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60605, to voluntarily cease operations and transfer all its assets and liabilities, including all deposits, to Wings Financial Credit Union, Apple Valley, Minnesota.
All of the deposits held by the Bank were assumed by Wings Financial Credit Union on June 4, 2021. The Bank is now closing its affairs. Creditors having a claim against the Bank for payment must immediately make that claim. Such claim must be presented by mail or in person to the Bank at its former offices located at 524 S. 6th Street, Brainerd, Minnesota no later than July 28, 2021.
A copy of the non -confidential portions of the Plan of Liquidation may be inspected at the former offices of the Bank located at 524 S. 6th Street, Brainerd, Minnesota during regular business hours.
