Lift Station No. 14
City of Baxter, Minnesota
Sealed bids will be received at the City Hall located at 13190 Memorywood Drive, Baxter, MN 56425, until Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 11:00 AM local time for the Lift Station No. 14 Reconstruction project. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The proposed work includes, but is not limited, to the following:
Sanitary sewer bypass pumping. Lift station cover, pump and guide rail system installation, discharge piping and control panel replacement. Valve vault discharge piping replacement. Site removals, bituminous driveway construction and all related restoration.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the office of Widseth Smith Nolting, 7804 Industrial Park Road, Baxter, MN 56425.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. The Bond shall be made payable without condition to the Owner as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute the Agreement in accordance with the Bid and the other Contract Documents.
