THIS SUMMONS IS DIRECTED TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon plaintiff's attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is herewith served upon you, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

Alternative Dispute resolution includes mediation, arbitration, and other processes set forth in the rules. This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated in Crow Wing County, Minnesota, legally described as follows:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 133, Town of Brainerd and First Addition to the Town of Brainerd
The object of this action is to obtain a quiet-title judgment that Plaintiff is the owner, in fee simple, of the above described real property, and that non of the said Defendants have any estate or interested therein or lien thereon.
