NOTICE OF HEARING
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 394, and the Crow Wing County Zoning Ordinance, you are hereby notified of a public hearing on a land use application before the Crow Wing County Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment on July 16, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. in the Land Services Building, 322 Laurel Street, Brainerd, MN 56401.
This meeting will be conducted in a manner compliant with guidance issued by local, state, and federal governing authorities as related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This Hearing will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and may also be live-streamed. Written comments/testimony regarding the following application will be accepted via mail or email any time prior to the July 16, 2020, Hearing; no in-person Public Testimony will be allowed at this Hearing due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, per the guidance issued by local, state, and federal governing authorities.
