NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Tom Lake has submitted a request on behalf of Gustafson Properties of Brainerd, LLC, 424 NW 3rd St., Brainerd MN 56401, to rezone thirteen (13) parcels located between 2nd St. NW to the east, 3rd St. NW to the west, Jackson St. to the north, and James St. to the south from an R-2 (Medium Density Residential) District and R-3 (High Density Residential District) to B-4 (General Business) District. The applicant is also seeking a requested zoning code text amendment to allow mini-storage facilities in B-4 Districts as a conditional use. The purpose of these requests is to allow for the development of a mini-storage facility on the properties described below.
