The Board of County Commissioners, Crow Wing County, Minnesota will receive sealed Bids until 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the office of the Crow Wing County Highway Department, 16589 County Road 142, Brainerd, Minnesota, 56401 for County Projects CP 18-200-109 and CP 18-300-27 for bituminous seal coats on CSAH 33, CSAH 23, CSAH 25, CSAH 11, CSAH 16, CSAH 48, CR 127, CR 137, CR 112, Crow Wing County Parking Lots, FAD roads, roads in the cities of Crosby, Crosslake, Fifty Lakes, Lakeshore, and township roads in Ideal, Center, Deerwood, Maple Grove, and Ross Lake. Bids shall be submitted electronically through BidVAULT.
The Major Items are 71,014 gallons of bituminous material for fog seal, 782,996 SY of bituminous seal coat (FA 2½), and 320,021 gallons of bituminous material for seal coat.
Plan and Proposal may be examined at the Office of the County Highway Department at 16589 County Road 142, Brainerd, Minnesota 56401 or at

The cost to obtain a hard copy of the Plan and Proposal in the mail or at the highway department is $100 plus tax. Mail check, draft or money order, made payable to Crow Wing County, to the address of the highway department listed above.
