CITY OF BAXTER, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE 2020-002
A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 2020-001 CONSOLIDATED
TELEPHONE COMPANY OF
MINNESOTA CABLE FRANCHISE
At a regular session on March 17, 2020, the Baxter City Council adopted Ordinance 2020-001 granting Consolidated Telephone Company of Minnesota, its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive franchise to construct, operate, and maintain a video delivery system in the City of Baxter and rules governing the operation of same. A summary of Ordinance 2020-001 is outlined below. The complete ordinance may be inspected by any person from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday at the Baxter City Hall located at 13190 Memorywood Dr., Baxter, MN 56425. The following is only a summary of the ordinance.

The City Council has determined that publication of the title and a summary of Ordinance 2020-001 as set forth in this summary will clearly inform the public of the intention and effect of the ordinance. The Council also directs that only the title and this summary be published.
This Ordinance shall take effect upon its summary publication in the City's official newspaper.
Whereupon, said Ordinance is hereby declared adopted on this 17th day of March, 2020.
