CONTRACT TOWING SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that bids will be received, opened, and read aloud in the presence of the City Administrator and the City Engineer in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in the City of Brainerd, Minnesota, on Friday, April 24, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. for the contracting of City-ordered towing in accordance with the specifications for the same on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City.
All bids shall be sealed and clearly marked “Bid for Contract Towing, Friday, April 24, 2020, 10:00 a.m.”.
The City of Brainerd reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the City.
