NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Baxter Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Baxter City Hall, 13190 Memorywood Drive, regarding public hearings on the following:
A.PUBLIC HEARING. Variance to allow an overhead garage door in a residential district to exceed nine (9) feet in height for property located at 14354 Shoreview Drive. (Property ID Number 40030575) (Lot 12, J And O Shores, Crow Wing County, MN) (City File 19-33).
