Notice is hereby given that Scott Whittemore has submitted a request on behalf of Independent School District #181 for a Conditional Use Permit for the Lincoln Education Level IV Special Education Facility at 400 Quince St., Brainerd, MN 56401. The property is legally described as:

A Public Hearing to consider this Conditional Use Permit request will be conducted by the Brainerd Planning Commission at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, in the Brainerd City Council Chambers located 501 Laurel St., Brainerd, MN 56401.
