Barrows/Koering - to approve minutes of 08/27/19 regular County Board meeting. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Koering/Houge - to add "Powder House Road Project" under Additional Business & approve agenda of 09/10/19 regular County Board meeting as amended. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Koering/Brekken - to move item 5.5 "City of Crosby Request for Increased Recycling Funding" from consent agenda to regular agenda & approve consent agenda as amended. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Koering/Houge - to approve request made by City of Crosby for additional funding in amount of $15,000 to be used for operation of Crosby’s Recycling Drop Off Center & deny request of additional $1,000 to be used for signage. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Koering/Barrows - to approve petition of Joseph & Carlene Grenier for Land Use Map Amendment request from Rural Residential 20 to Rural Residential 10 involving approximately 20.25 acres, Sec 11, Long Lake. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
County Sheriff reported on BLADE (Brainerd Lakes Area Drug Education) Community Listening Event on 9/16/19.
Chair appointed Susan Maske to replace Mark Haglin as District 1 representative on Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment for term expiring 01/31/20.
Barrows/Brekken - to move regular County Board meeting from 12/10/19 to 12/11/19, at 5:00 PM, with Truth in Taxation Hearing at 6:00 PM. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Chair nominated Steve Barrows to serve on Regional Transportation Coordinating Council (RTCC) & directed County Administrator to notify Region Five Development Commission.
Houge/Koering - to enter into Contract with Holmvig Excavating, LLC for $27,500 for improvement to approach to Powder House Road in City of Cuyuna. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Koering/Barrows - to adjourn at 9:31 AM. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
