NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Crow Wing Township Planning Commission will convene for their regularly scheduled meeting on: Monday, November 9th, 2020 beginning at 6PM at Township Hall to conduct a public hearing on a proposed Rezone for "Tract A" proposed for parcel 56360513. The existing zoning for parcel 56360513 is Ag/Forestry. The applicant is proposing "Tract A" to become Rural Residential 2.5 acres and keep "Tract B' identified as parcel 56360513 as Ag/Forestry. Rezone action is contingent on a minor subdivision for the subject lot.
All interested persons are invited to be heard or send written comments to: nate.keller@sourcewell-mn.gov . A staff report is made available at Township Hall typically one week before the scheduled meeting.
