TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS:
It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on November 23, 2020 at 3:00 PM a hearing will be held in the above-named Court, 213 Laurel Street, Brainerd, Minnesota on the Petition for Approval of Consolidated Estate and Trust Account and Confirmation of Fiduciary's Actions for Period of December 28, 2018 through July 31, 2020.
All persons interested in said matter may appear and show cause, if any there be, why the relief prayed for in said petition should not be granted.
That notice of said hearing be given by publishing this Order once in the Brainerd Daily Dispatch at least twenty (20) days before the date of said hearing and by mailing a copy of this order to such persons who may be interested in this proceeding at least fifteen (15) days before the date of said hearing.
