IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF Brainerd Lakes Premier Developments, LLC, for relief in connection with Certificate of Title No. 106601, issued for lands situated in Crow Wing County, State of Minnesota, to-wit:
Lot Eleven (11) and the West Twenty (20) feet of Lot Twelve (12) of Block Seventeen (17) in LAKE PART DIVISION OF CROSBY, according to the plat thereof on file and record in the Office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County and State (hereafter the "Land").
To: Contimortgage Corp., John Doe and Mary Roe, and all other persons or parties known or unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, interest in or lien upon the real estate situated in Crow Wing County, State of Minnesota, legally described as follows:
Lot Eleven (11) and the West Twenty (20) feet of Lot Twelve (12) of Block Seventeen (17) in LAKE PARK DIVISION OF CROSBY, according to the plat thereof on file and record in the Office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County and State (hereafter the "Land").
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on th 2nd day of November, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. in the Crow Wing County Courthouse, and then, or as soon thereafter as said matter can be heard, show cause, if any there be, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be served: (a) at least 10 days prior to such hearing upon the above-named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of a Summons in a civil action; (b) it shall be served at least 14 days prior to such hearing upon any of the above-named non-residents by sending a copy of this Order to such non-resident at his or her post office address, by registered or certified mail, return receipt; (c) it shall be served upon any party who cannot be found, and upon all other persons or parties unknown, by two weeks' published notice and by sending a copy of this order at least 14 days prior to the hearing by first class mail to such party at his or her last known address and by sending another copy of this Order at least 14 days prior to the hearing by first class mail to his or her address as stated on the Certificate of Title if an address is so stated.
