INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #186 PEQUOT LAKES MN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Printer & Copier Equipment, Management, & Maintenance Program Pequot Lakes Independent School District #186 (“District”) is soliciting sealed proposals for Printer & Copier Equipment, Management, & Maintenance Program for the period July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2027. Specifications and forms necessary for submitting proposals may be requested via email from Heidi Hagen, Finance Director, at hhagen@isd186.org. To be considered, proposals must be received in the District Office no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 7, 2023. Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope to Heidi Hagen, Finance Director, ISD #186, 30805 Olson Street, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472. Clearly label “RFP for Printers/Copiers” on the face of the envelope. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or parts thereof, and waive any irregularities therein, and further reserves the right to select the proposal which it determines to be in the best interests of the District.
