NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by order of the City Council, the City of Baxter, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at the Baxter City Hall, Baxter, Minnesota, at 7:00 P.M., or SOON thereafter, on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 to consider vacating the following easements: 1) That part of the drainage and utility easements dedicated by CITY CENTER OF BAXTER, according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the Crow Wing County, Minnesota, Recorder’s Office, which lie within Outlots A and B, said CITY CENTER OF BAXTER. 2) All utility and drainage easements dedicated by CEDAR SCENIC ADDITION TO BAXTER, according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the Crow Wing County, Minnesota, Recorder’s Office. 3) That part of the drainage and utility easements dedicated by NORTHDALE, according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the Crow Wing County, Minnesota, Recorder’s Office, within Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block Two, said NORTHDALE. AND That part of the drainage and utility easements dedicated by NORTHDALE FIRST ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the Crow Wing County, Minnesota, Recorder’s Office, within Block Two, said NORTHDALE FIRST ADDITION.
